• 3 free generations for new users
• Unlimited generations for users who purchase a license ($25 one-time payment)
• Multiple visual styles and specialized modes

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Generate content that depicts minors in inappropriate situations
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or payment requirements
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service without permission

4. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of the text prompts you submit to the Service.

Generated Content: Images generated by the Service are provided for your use. You may use generated images for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these terms. Generated images include a watermark identifying Clario as the source.

Our Service: The Clario name, logo, and all software, design, and technology underlying the Service are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy. The $25 payment grants lifetime unlimited access to the Service. Due to the digital nature of the product and immediate access upon purchase, refunds are generally not provided. However, if you experience technical issues preventing you from using the Service, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content is generated by artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific use case.
